Criteo is teaming up with Smart AdServer to expand its offering to advertisers
Paris, September 30, 2015 – Criteo, performance marketing specialist, announced today a partnership with Smart AdServer, ad tech provider, to expand its inventory and develop its offer to advertisers.
By integrating the Smart RTB+ ad exchange, Criteo offers even more variety and choice to its clients in terms of inventory, and increases the size of its publisher panel, providing more visibility for advertisers. With the Smart AdServer panel now added to publishers that Criteo already addresses, Criteo now provides more impressions with an additional 25 billion auctions, and some 350 million unique visitors reached every month.

Smart AdServer puts publishers back in control, by offering a platform that integrates real-time auctions and direct sales management. Criteo worked on the technical integration of the Smart RTB+ platform for several months, to offer publishers a quality technology solution. To get that quality, Criteo worked closely with Smart AdServer teams before putting out this new offering.
The product is also available on iOS mobiles and Android (MobileWeb and InApp), now that mobile terminals are used more and more for online transactions. As the last Criteo Mobile Commerce Report shows, 34% of online transactions worldwide are via mobiles.
This partnership is effective worldwide, in all geographic areas where Smart AdServer works with publishers (Europe and the Americas).
